B-4735 does not appear to aggravate these conditions, though the effect of concurrent medication, especially a coronary artery bypass graft, is unknown. -B-4735 should not be administered to patients receiving other NSAIDs, including aspirin; use caution in patients with aspirin-sensitive coronary artery disease or those taking aspirin with other NSAIDs. -Do not use B-4735 at the same time other NSAIDs, including aspirin, are taking. -Use caution when administering B-4735 to patients with known cardiovascular disease, because this drug may adversely affect the balance of antihypertensive drug effects. -CNS depressant effect of bimonthly-dosed bifepristone may be additive with concomitant use of other CNS depressants. -Avoid contact with eyes, face, lips, and mucous membranes. -Use caution when operating machinery. -Carry case provided.
